Likely events would be CC7 (Volume) or CC11 (Expression, same as Volume but think of CC11 as being a mixer channel fader and CC7 as being the Master fader on the mixer).įind them and Delete them, or change their low setting to a higher number (0 to 127 with 127 being the loudest). I have Vista and needed this tool when Vista first came out. Delete all of the duplicates and restart. You should have only one for your UNO - mine says USB Audio device on Midi1. There is no easy way with Vista to do this, thus the tool is handy.Īfter downloading and installing the tool, run it and you will come to a screen that list your Midi devices. It will show a list of your Midi devices and allow you to delete them. The Midi device uninstall option is what to use. Vista often holds onto USB devices and perhaps causing the problem with yours.
